I learned the value of a polished finish long before I ever designed one.

In the late ’90s, while ripping through back issues of Raygun magazine and conquering Photoshop, I spent my off-hours working as a janitor at a ritzy tennis club and my local church. That work proved foundational to my craft, teaching me that care, consistency, and pride in the small details matter.

Since then, I’ve carried that mindset into creative design, partnering with businesses and agencies on branding, web design, apparel, social media, and advertising across sports, entertainment, and fashion.

I also teach design in San Diego, which keeps my skills sharp while giving me the chance to help the next generation of creatives find their footing and go after what matters to them.

You could say I used to keep the floors swept, and now I keep the type set.
